Huzhou Nanxun Yintuo Special Material Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and production of high-quality alloy steel seamless pipe and nickel-nickel alloys. Let’s introduce alloy steel.
There are many types of alloy steels, usually divided into low alloy steel according to the content of alloying elements; they are divided into high quality according to quality Alloy steel, special alloy steel; according to characteristics and uses, it is divided into alloy structural steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, wear-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, alloy tool steel, rolling bearing steel, alloy spring steel and special performance steel (such as soft magnetic steel) , Permanent magnet steel, non-magnet steel), etc.
Organization and performance
1. The content of nickel and molybdenum has a certain influence on the microstructure transformation of low-carbon high-alloy steel for liner. When the low-carbon high-alloy steel contains 1.0% Ni, 0.7% Mo, the annealed and quenched and tempered microstructures are both lath martensite; when it contains 1.0% Ni, 0.5% Mo and 0.8% Ni, 0.5% Mo When the annealing structure is a mechanical mixture of ferrite and alloy carbide Cr7C3, Mo2C, the quenched and tempered structure is mainly lath martensite.
2. With the decrease of nickel and molybdenum content, the structure of low-carbon high-alloy steel in the annealed state has changed, so that its hardness is reduced, but the impact toughness has been improved; The hardness of the martensite is maintained at about 50HRC; the corrosion resistance is slightly reduced, but it is still in one level, that is, the seventh level is still corrosion resistant. When the other components remain unchanged and the molybdenum content is reduced to 0.5%, the impact toughness of the sample is improved.
3. Low-carbon high-alloy steel containing 0.8% Ni and 0.5% Mo meets the requirements for the use of liners, which is more economical in terms of cost.
We are constantly moving forward, but we also see the stars and ambitious ambitions. For more information, please contact us: https://www.yintuosteel.com/product/nickel-alloy/nickel-alloy-seamless-pipe-and-tube.html
